Active Sound Ehancement
Through the analysis of the Order sound of the existing engine, the ASE technology is used to align the key order sound for compensation and enhancement, making the sound of the engine more powerful, improving the driving experience, and giving the car more sports attributes.
Active Sound Synthesis
The active sound synthesis technology is used to correlate the information of rotating speed, car speed and accelerator pedal, and simulates the engine sound in real time through the microphone inside or outside the car. Driving an electric car can also enjoy the power sound wave of the fuel car.


 

 

 



R& D Capacity:
In the R&D, TEMB's experienced engineers and technicians carry out researches on new materials.state-of-art components and advacned product designs with the help of an anechoic chamber,test instruments and simulation sofwares.
Design and development use UG, Solidworks, CATIA, ProE, CAXA.
CAE analysis uses COMSOL for mechanical analysis;
Magnetic circuit simulation adopts FEM/FINEMOTOR for simulation;
Acoustic simulation uses FINECONE/COMSOL for simulation.
